Upon arrival, a thorough interview is conducted to get to know the client’s needs, wants, and desires. This record is kept in the client’s home and is referred to as needed. A professional Advanced Home Care Client Coordinator personally introduces the caregivers to the client and family. The Coordinator will make weekly calls and monthly visits to the home to assure customer satisfaction. More importantly, we are on call 24 hrs/ 7 days a week to answer questions, address concerns or assist with emergency needs.

Our business started in Idaho where success was built on reliable, efficient, heartfelt service to our clients. Glen Amador, our founding family member has expanded the business throughout other cities in Idaho, Nevada, California and Arizona. Thomas Amador along with his brother Glen are responsible for opening the Reno and Carson City offices.
Only qualified staff is hired to care for our clients. Background checks, verification of training and work references, CPR certifications, TB testing and an orientation to our company’s policies and procedures are a few of the basic assurances you have with Advanced Home Care.
